For Instant Booking, full payment is required to secure your slot. For Custom Projects, a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date. The balance is due 48 hours prior to the session.
Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before the session. Within 7 days, a $50 fee applies. No-shows forfeit the payment. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor shoots is always free.
The Eagles Studios retains copyright. Clients receive a license for personal use.
★ Model Release: We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, and social media marketing.
Clients are responsible for securing permits for their chosen venues. We travel to you, but locations outside our service radius may incur travel fees (communicated beforehand).
We collect only essential data: Name, Email, Phone, and Session Details. We never sell your personal information.
We love showcasing our clients! However, if you require total privacy (Non-Disclosure Agreement), please inform us in your booking notes or via email. We respect your need for discretion.
Payments are processed via encrypted gateways (Stripe/WooCommerce). We do not store credit card details.
